Ordering and billing

We deliver orders only after we have received and verified your payment.

We require verification by phone for orders paid with card or bank transfer. We may also on occassion request photocopy of card and id. Any such payments that have not been verified will be refunded within 3 days of purchase in so far as permitted by payment processor.

You can buy a limited number of credits via phone or SMS in any single day AND 45 days period. To lift this limit you must provide us with photocopies of id and phone bill or prepaid receipts, as well as pass our verification phone call. If you circumvent this limit by using multiple King4rs accounts we will hold delivery for all orders in excess of the credit limit until you have passed our verification procedure or until your money has been paid out to us which may take 60-120 days.

Pricing and shipping

We reserve the right to modify listed prices at our sole discretion. Listed price when order was made stays with your order in so far as original price was accurate at the time of ordering, with reservation for errors in cart code and administration. All prices on website cover the full service on our end including shipping and handling. However, depending on payment method chosen in our checkout an additional payment processing fee may apply. These fees are charged by the payment processor. King4rs only receives the original order amount. The fees are clearly stated before you complete your purchase in our checkout.

Shipping procedure is game specific but can be classified accordingly; in-game trade arranged via live help, in-game postal transaction or login information delivered via email. We can not guarantee the accessibility of the product or service indefinitely after purchase, whether before or after you initially have accessed it and we will not be held liable for failure on your end to comply with game specific shipping procedure. It is your sole responsibility to provide accurate shipping information and otherwise comply with game specific shipping procedure within reasonable time of purchase, whether it involves contacting live help, receiving our emails, tracking your order on the website or transfering products in-game.

Refund policy

We will not refund delivered orders for any reason. Nor will we refund orders that you fail to collect within reasonable time. However, orders that we fail to deliver within reasonable time due to shortcomings on our end are eligible for refund. We will initiate refund of card, bank transfer and PayPal payments that we have not managed to verify within 3 days of purchase in so far as permitted by payment processor. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the money to be credited back to you.
